The Ligno-Meter K is a multi-purpose meter to measure, evaluate and monitor
moisture in wood, sheetrock and many other building materials. The Ligno-Meter
K is loaded with features to make your job easier: pin mode with temperature
adjustment for kiln drying. From timber processing to furniture making to

The meter offers individual settings for
– lumber, bamboo, composite wood products and engineered products- concrete gypsum and
sheetrock
– Individual reference scales for materials similar to wood, vinyl, textile, concrete,
drywall and other building materials such as ceiling tiles, ceramic tiles,etc
– 5-99% dependent upon species setting*
Pin Moisture Meter:
The standard Package K-2M consists of:
1 Lignometer K moisture meter, 1 Electrode E12, 1 pair pins each DZ 1″ and DA 1.5″, 1 BNC Cable,
1 Hard-shell Case M
The slide hammer E-12 is the industry standard for quality control. The meter comes
with 125 settings for different wood species as well as corrections for different wood
temperatures. With Lignomat’s accessories for in-kiln readings, it is the ideal meter for a
kiln drying operation.
